DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

In some cases, product that is available in our EISS store may not be available for sale online. You may also find that product availability can vary depending on where you are shipping your order. Reasons for this may include:

Shipping Restrictions: Some products are considered hazardous and cannot be shipped directly to you. These items will be clearly identified in the product pages. Please go to your local EISS store for these items. You can also contact Customer Care at 1-800-922-5580 or email us.
Distribution Rights: The products we sell may vary in each area based on territory distribution rights and contracts we have with participating brands. Your shipping address will help us tailor your eissinc.com experience to show you what products are accessible in your area and you will not be presented with products that are not available to you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

EISS ships within North and South Carolina only.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If a product is available for purchase, “Availability: In Stock" will appear on the product page and you will be able to add it to your shopping cart. If a product is temporarily out of stock, "Availability: Out of Stock" will appear on the product page, the Add to Cart button will be greyed out, and you will not be able to add it to your cart. Please keep checking back or select the "notify me" link to receive an e-mail notification when the item is back in stock.
