Scruples Pure Oxi 10 Volume Clear Developer is fully stabilized and formulated for use when level on level or darker results are desired. The mixture forms a clear, gelatinous consistency that stays moist and allows for precise color application with a bottle or brush.

To make 2 oz. of 5 Volume Clear Developer, mix 1 oz. 10 Volume Clear Developer with 1 oz. distilled water.
