Scruples Menz 5 Minute Haircolor Activator utilizes new technology which completely oxidizes the hair color molecule in 5 – 10 minutes. This fully stabilized developer is recommended for use only with Scruples Menz 5 Minute Haircolor. When mixed with the Menz Color Gel, a rich, gelatinous mixture is formed and stays moist, allowing for precise color application with a bottle or a brush.

1. Select a Menz 5 Minute Haircolor at the same level or lighter than the client’s natural level.
2. Determine if the client wants to blend or cover all gray.
3. Mix Menz 5 Minute Haircolor with equal parts Menz 5 Minute Haircolor Activator in either a
bowl or bottle (1 : 1 mixing ratio). If a thicker consistency is desired, add to 0.25 Fl. Oz. Scruples
Color Whip Haircolor Thickener.
4. Apply hair color mixture to damp hair to blend or to dry hair for natural gray coverage.
Note: A quick and thorough application is essential as the haircolor molecule develops rapidly.
5. Process 5 minutes for gray blending or 10 minutes for natural gray coverage. Do not process
longer than 10 minutes.

6. Rinse color and shampoo hair with preferred Scruples shampoo. Apply Menz 1 Minute Stabilizer to scalp. Work through hair for 1 minute and rinse. Condition hair with preferred Scruples conditioner.

Clear Base Use:
Menz 5 Minute Haircolor 0- Clear Base is the hair color base without pigment. When 0 Clear Base is added to a Menz formula or Gray Enhancer shade, the color becomes more transparent.
